Kathleen Vojkovich-Bombard C.C.C.

A second-generation native of Santa Catalina Island, Kathleen’s Croatian heritage is the foundation for her lifelong passion for food and wine.  Kathleen has been cooking professionally for more than fifteen years and received the distinction of Certified Chef de Cuisine ® from the American Culinary Federation.   Kathleen completed her coursework at the Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park, New York and St. Helena, California.  When possible, she travels to find new inspiration in working with other chefs, cultures and cuisines.  Kathleen is honored to have had the opportunity to work under the direction of Chef John Ash, Chef Michael Cimarusti and Chef Maria Hines.

Patricia Vlcan CWP - Food and Beverage Director

After a successful career in the insurance industry, Pat pursued her interest in food and wine and joined the restaurant industry in 2002.  In 2006, Pat earned the designation of Certified Wine Professional from the Professional Wine Studies Program at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California.
